You may want to check the user reviews. The latest at the top of the page is very well thought out and written, and should tell you everything you need to know to make an informed decision. It sounds like a waste of money, but even worse, a waste of time.

For $12 I would just put it on your wishlist and buy it when it goes on sale for under $5.
The reviews don't sound too promising. But if it's your thing, might be worth a few bucks. When stuff goes on sale, $12 can actually be the price of a very solid game that you will get more than 3 hours of game play from. I bought Rocket League the other week for $12 on sale, that game will provide me with much more than 3 hours of fun. It already has given me more than 8 hours of fun so far.
