IMO, ASO II and Sonic Wings 2 are the best Neo shmups.

Ehhhh ... out of those three - Viewpoint and Ghost Pilots are my favorite two. But this poll is really lacking the three best shooters on the Neo.

I agree the scope is limited. No Blazing star on a ngeo shmups poll is like having no vanilla in an icecream parlour.

PS I voted for Aero Fighter 2 and believe you could do better than Prehistoric Isle 2 with many of the games on your list. How about if you check out Strikers for around the same price if you don't have it?
