ASO2 Last Boss altered?

Chad Okada had a small SNK book in his office that was a catalogue of their titles at the time. There was a section in the back of the book that had a picture of the ASO2 last boss with the head of a crying baby girl. Chad did not understand Japanese and could not understand how to get it done. Has anyone seen this done?

its been YEARS since i last played aso 2...

anyway,if i remember correctly,

to get the final boss with the different head,
you only have to beat the game twice

complete the first loop,
and get to the final boss of the second loop

if that doesnt work,
its probably something score related

i'll have to go and check

Yet, I may agree it's not that good for a mant to expose his wife on a inet board.
