Arcade cab help needed!!!

I just got a mrs pac man cab from a friend for free!! I would like to restore it because it seems to be all original.

Basically my friend aquired it in a trade, I played it a few times never really looking it over, All I know is the outsided was in rough shape and there was burn in on the screen. Fast forward to today he asked me if i wanted it becuase it all of a sudden stopped working.

Now i need info on where to get replacement overlays etc. So if you guys know of any web sites that can help me let me know
