Specifically the 360 version. Keep in mind I kind of totally suck at shooters so minor stuff doesn't really bother me.
Any major differences in Ikaruga versions?

In that case, no major negative differences in the 360 version. Positive ones for that version would be online coop, online leaderboards, saving/uploading/downloading replays, and nicer graphics.

Yeah, they changed some things in a couple of stages (enemy patterns, chains), but if you hadn't already memorized the original version you won't even notice.
