I put this into Babel Fish to see what it says (looks like Engrish), but that phrase looks to be something along the lines of "this is an April's Fools joke."

I seriously doubt, since Capcom doesn't really OWN th rights to the Marvel characters, they only license them, that any of this would ever turn out to be true. It would be interesting if it did, but for now, file this page under this is fucking bullshit. If it were true wouldn't it also show up on something BESIDES what looks to be an EMU site? Anyone who believed this really is a fool.

I can't read French, not one damn word, and that's what it looked like. I didn't mean it in any deragotory fashion or anything. I don't do the ROMs thing, but if someone else wishes to, more power to them.
