I was going to buy that game Jpn version brand new, but the reseller (it's a shop) says it does not have the fold warning sticker.

It is normal or does is it a kind of second release just as Metal Slug 3?

It's normal, all the copies of Sengoku 2001 (and Sengoku 3) don't have the sticker... SNK just ran out of them...
