You must realize that the Authentication process is very thorough!

Paper of Authenticity with stamps
Letter of Authenticity with stamps
Manual with stamps
Insert with stamps

What's next you ask? Well the stamp itself! The person will get a tattoo with the serial number of their cart courtesy of NGF that proves that their cart is authentic.

Also since that's not enough security, they would need to get a tattoo on their ass as well.
Specifically this:

If both tattoos are not there then the cart can not truly be called authentic because Italians have been trying to boot their authentication process, but they haven't gotten the colors or the hologram on the ass right yet. How does this prove the cart is authentic? Well, only an idiot would do something like that, so it goes both ways.
