8 Ohm Speakers on MV-4F

Hello,

I tried to find some specs abou the MV-4F amplifier but no luck... here is the thing, I do have 2x 4 Ohm SNK speakers in my stereo cabinet, and looking for spares I found same size/shielded but 8 Ohm version.

just wanted to be sure...would that work? What is the difference in case? Is there any specs about the MV-4F amp?

8 Ohm 4" speakers are stock in US cabs and Neo Candy. Should be fine.

Thanks..it seems in the worst case I'll got less power from the amp, but no risk to fry anything (the opposite would have put more stress on the amp instead, if I understand correctly)

Correct, you can go with a higher ohm but never a lower.
