3 Count Bout: Too damn hard?

Dug this game out of the heap last week and started playing it a bit.

Is it just me, or is this game near impossible? I'm playing with the difficulty set at level one and I'm still getting my ass handed to me by the 3rd or 4th round. The CPU is relentless when it comes to grappling at that point.

Any strategies?

is it anything like AOF2 cuz I can't beat that on level

It's not you, this game is freakin' impssible!

I love the big gaudy graphics of 3 Count Bout but the gameply and enemy AI is flawed even for a wrestling game.

My advice would be to restrict yourself to 2 player mode only, like with King of the Monsters 2.
