1 slot vhold issue

alright, i plug in a 1 slot and the test menu comes up, but the vhold is whacked out. sound works, etc. it's a mv1fz

anyone have any ideas of what i can check in regards to fixing the vhold?

could it be a cap? any ideas what one? etc?

yah it's on a cab, if you're referring to a vhold on the chassis of the monitor it's not that, plenty of other jamma games and a 1 slot have no issue with vhold.

Turn the board over and you'll find 2 surface mount resistors next to pin "P" on the JAMMA connector. One is a 470 ohm resistor and the other is a 100 ohm resistor. Check to see if they are broken.
