What is the highest hit combos Setsuna users out there have pulled off? Also, in practice mode I have discovered both his Weak Lightning Slash and his Lighting punch (hcf+C) can super cancel. Two Super Cancels? Multi-hit B slashs? Does this guy kick ass or what?

Anyone know what Shingo's critical hit from KOF 98 does? It appears randomly, it doesn't seem to do extra damage. Anyone have any idea on what it is and how to use it?
