I am having trouble with my consolized mv1fz , the picture moves a couple of pixels back and forth sideways. The center of the crosshatch is shifted to the left and also moves sideways.

So i got a garou mvs cart dirt cheap , but there is a distortion to some of the soundeffects/music and some sounds just fine. Where do i begin to troubleshoot this? I have cleaned the contact so thats not it.
