I have a JAMMA video monitor connected the Neogeo-MVS (MV1A), when I power on , blue screen is appear and some message is prompt out.... it prompt Color RAM error checksum read is AAAA checksum write is AAA0 Someone can help me to fix it??

I already replace MOD BIOS in AES system, when I turn on the system , it have dark screen and no any sound ... after I replace back the original BIOS, just display checksum ROM1M to ROM8M memory address. Now, can I replace another BIOS to slove problem?
