The one and only VB LONG NECK!!

Probably should also show the tiny text printed on the underside of the bottle cap for educational purposes, not that anyone drinking these gives a fuck or could possibly see it.

Another Aussie classic, probably the only original and truly owned Aussie brewer, Coopers Red LONGY!

Now VB is strong and all but ain't nothing on a coopers red, easily the strongest longnecks of them all.

no clue what this is, but I want one.

It's a very simple cocktail: you just add a little mint syrup to a long Pastis.
Pastis is one of the French anise drinks that replaced absinthe after it was banned (and long before low thujone absinthe were marketed).
"Ricard" is one of the most common and popular ones, and one of those with the strongest liquorice flavour.

First time in my life I’ve seen Chinese Wine for sale in Aldi. I usually select wines for £5 to £8 a bottle so I haven’t tried it yet.

@LoneSage you heard of it, or tried Kanaan Winery Red Wild Pony? £15 is about 140 CNY.

First off I enjoyed my time in Ningxia. I even climbed the Helan Mountains there. So there is a soft spot in my heart for this province, and I thank you for reminding me of my memories there.

But 14.5% red wine at 750mL for €14.99? That's a lot of numbers. Wine is wine.

With my current job my evenings are seriously curtailed and I've found myself guzzling cider greedily right up until the closing bell, then having to wake up through the night for a piss. The solution, I've found, is to take a few big slugs of the wife's amaretto towards the end of the night instead. Lower volume, higher booze.

I have a nice warm belly while I'm brushing my teeth too, liking it.
