I'd really like to use my japanese Neo RGB cable with my TV which have SCART sockets but because the jap RGB 21-pin pinout is different from SCART it won't work. I've tried to build an adapter but it didn't help. So what kind of an adapter do I need ? Must have RGB quality picture... Thanks
