Fridge Clean Up flavored fried rice.

I had left overs of two separate diners.(Steak + veggie gyoza)

I cracked two eggs into some cooked white rice, and fried everything together. Bang. Ing!

greek chicken with cilantro, orange squeezed over top and pomegranate scattered across the dish. it turned out really good, the chicken with the fruit was nearly a perfect flavor mesh. this is something i can keep experimenting with.

i'll take your word for it. but that looks too healthy to taste good . just kidding. that does look nice, and it's actually quite surprising how juicy, sweet fruit complements meat. i had chicken with pineapple which was savoury yet refreshing and also left me feeling pretty good as would a lite meal.

Mother's day dinner! Moms dig sea food, so we did Salmon, lobster tails, crab, garlic shrimp, scallops, clams, & adobo squid. For pasta did simple bacon carbonara. Also some ribs & egg roll. The devil eggs were a pain but tasted delicous.
