Corner Bistro, one of the few places that make a good burger in NYC. Believe it or not, Burgers are not good here (especially dinners, bleh!). It's not like the Midwest where you have these random places or local chains that know what they're doing. Point is, Corner Bistro is one of the very few places that get it right in this bustling metropolis.

Also, the burger in that pic is overdone, I like my burger medium rare.

I guess I have a tapeworm. I eat my steaks and burgers bloody. I don't mind well done burgers, some greasy places in Michigan are still fantastic, but for the homestyle variety, I'd rather just char the outside and lock that bloody goodness in there.

Steaks are ok to eat rare because the pink part has never been exposed to air, meaning bacteria can't grow there.
Better cook that burger though, with all that exposed ground up beef. Worse than a tape worm is mad cow disease.
