Just got spammed again. I still remember someone saying they talked to ryan, and that the previous one was just a one-time mailing, 'the only one you will ever recieve'..

I guess youre on the list now. I asked him to remove me and I havent heard from him again. Who knows. I might get it tommorrow, but my best guess is to just e-mail him and have him remove you from the list. If I do get it tommorrow I will feel the same way you do. I think he respected my wishes though.

Yeah, but the onus shouldn't be on US to ask him to take us off his list.

BTW that 'he bought the e-mail addresses off an Internet site' is bullshit. I created a new account just for N-G.com and I've never used it to send mail to anyone once, yet I got both of his spam mailers.

Exactly. If he wants to advertise his site he can put it in his sig, not by putting junk in my emailbox.

I'm sure he's a good seller, but getting spammed like this will only increase my desire NOT to buy from him.

I got both emails too. It pisses me off that some business can get any info they want for "marketing".

just read the directions, and if that doesn't work, write to the site owner directly. He is approachable, you know.

all these complaints are making him look like a prick. and yet all he did was send you a couple emails. So what? He's not spamming up your box with only 2 emails.

Hmm... Quick look it appears that the His website hosting provider is: http://www.underdoghosting.com/ .

Going by the DNS indicated here:

You can try sending a complaint to abuse@underdoghosting.com . But I don't see that e-mail address listed on their site. Just remember that you are getting spam from JapanGamesNow.com which appears to be hosted by them.

Seriously, if you want to mention that your website is up and running, POST on the website. Don't scrape e-mails from forum members and start spamming people. So far, all that work manages to piss people off and I know that I won't be buying anything from that store.

LOL .... I knew there would be more of teh dr4m4 when I got that e-mail last night. I'm constantly fighting off other, more persistent spam, so it's really no big deal to me :).

No muss, no fuss.

It took you longer to gripe about it here than it would just to get removed.

To all of you complaining let me ask you all this, would you not buy a game from this site because he sent a couple of damn emails even if it was a good deal on the item you want?

Because to me if he has good prices he could fill my mailbox to the damn brim with neo related spam and that way I don't have to keep deleting "Satisfy her all night" spam.

Spam is Spam.

This is twice now.

Whether they're selling Viagra, Porn, or Neo Geo, it's unsolicited email. The proprieter can't even claim he tricked you into subscribing, since it was a "cold" email. Unlike EW, I see spam as a prick thing to do.

[Obviously some of the rest of you have your lips a locked little too tightly to notice that comparison. :lol: ]

This isn't seller feedback because he hasn't sold things to every member he solicited. This is talking about policy and disregard for traditional net norms.
