So after many months of waiting and countless issues when dealing with Sonofx51 (Jose) I have decided to try this again.

-----------------------------------------------------
FYI all issues with Jose can be seen here:

http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=177116

Issue is still unresolved.
-----------------------------------------------------

So I am looking for someone to be able to build me an Xbox to Jamma converter for my NeoGeo Candy Cab. The cab is currently wired with only 4 buttons (2 players) however I plan on getting a 6 Button Cab in the near future so I would prefer to be able to use this on both cabs.

I paid Jose $160 for this, so I would like to pay around that much if someone is willing to do this. I can of course go higher if needed, lower would be great too! :D

Hopefully someone is able to build me this!!

Thanks,
Darren

um.....you can get everyhting you need a lot cheaper than $160

go here:

http://www.ultimarc.com/xba.html

you will want the JPAC setup so you dont have to de-jamma-fy your cab...very easy to install, work great and no problems....

and you can wire the extra buttons straight off the JPAC when you get a 6 button CP

I am looking for the same thing but I have a MVS 4 slot out of the 2 listed above anyone know which is better the first link lists at $55 the ultimarc setup for everything needed is about $160 I dont mind paying that much but I want to make sure that it is worth it or is it the same to get the cheaper one?

Also since I have a MVS cab do I need an adapter for jamma to MVS?

The only person that I know that makes an adaptor that you're looking for (and worth every penny) is IKickSnails on here. I've been using one of his DC/PS2 boxes with an MVS-to-Jamma fingerboard (so I don't have to mess with the stereo wires) and I have no complaints. The adapter is all plug and play.

If I recall, I don't think he makes them anymore. However, you could always ask him if he's got a spare to sell.

Also,

I have an encased Ultimarc Xbox control Adapter for sale...
Never used (was sent to me by mistake).
$25 shipped (cost at ultimarc is $40+shipping)

All you would then need is:
Jpac+keyboard cable ($59)
Xbox AV adapter (unamplified version for Jpac)-($26)
Audio amp or Pc Speakers.
