scammer on ebay

hi


just been looking around ebay for neo geo games
and have found some one who smalls of a scammer

his ebay id is seiken82

and is selling loads of neo goe aes games
some very cheap he has a u.s ninja masters
for $650 buy now
however all his neo geo games do not state
if the game is jap or u.s
and all his pics are from this website

if he is not a scammer fair enougth
but it just smells too fishy to me
