Along with the release of NeoGeo CD Controller for PS2, The NeoGeo stick (old style) will be released for PS2

Here is a translation of some parts in the Sega announcement here:
"Sega Logistics Corporation Announcement:

2005, February 17
The NeoGeo Stick comes back for a Playstation2 stick!
Future Release of "NeoGeo Stick 2"

The Sega Logistics Corporation will be cooperating with SNK Playmore Corporation to release "NeoGeo Stick 2" for Playstation 2 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of The King of Fighters series."

I can't wait to get this.... but why Sega?

It looks very nice but I was expecting more than just a control or a remake to celebrate KOF 10 annyversary. I'll be getting one of those tough. I wonder if this will be rare... :kekeke:

I prefer the newer Neo stick, but that thing is still beautiful. I will get at least one of those, probably two. Just too fucking awesome to pass up!

:buttrock:

The Neo button layout it the best there is 4 > 6. :D

Agreed, but this in itself is tight. For now I'll just use my converter for my SS pad, but a new SS pad for the PS2 would be so nice.

Looks great -- I just hope the shoulder buttons
don't interfere while you're playing.

I hope it's as tough as the old Neo Stick as well. Man the ones I've had over the years have taken a beating!!!

If they are made of the same quality of the old neo sticks, which are now expensive to find in good condition, they would be a perfect replacement as it should be very easy to mod them for Neo Geo usage :buttrock:

i always liked the clicky noise, it helps me judge if I put a move in correctly or not in fighting games.

looks nice but i cant see it anywhere on import sites

Well, looks like it has just been announced, it is normal that import sites need some days before listing this, it's not out until 2 months anyway.
