Rock Howard

All Damage is per the training mode and the MOTW Mook (Big thanks to Kiel for loaning it to me).

qcf: :A: Reppu ken

Ground projectile - does 12 damage

qcf: :B: Crack Counter (high & mid)

Counters high and mid attacks - does 18 damage

qcf: :C: Double Reppu ken

Ground projectile that will hit twice if done close to the opponent - First hit does 9 damage, second hit does 10 damage

qcf: :D: Crack Counter (low)

Counters low attacks - does 20 damage

qcb + A Hard Edge Dashes toward the opponent and hit them with an elbow - does 12 damage

qcb + B Rage Run "Dunk" Dashes toward the opponent, jumps up and hit the opponent with an over head attack - does 20 damage

qcb + C Hard Edge Dashes toward the opponent and hit them with an elbow then follows up with a punch - First hit does 10 damage, second does 9 damage

qcb + D Rage Run "shift" Dashes around the opponent

360 + C Evac Toss Grabs opponent and throws them over Rocks head, with the opponent landing on the other side of the screen - does 20 damage. To Break hit A + B shortly after rock picks up the opponent.

down, up + A/C Rising Tackle spins up and attacks with opponent with a series of rising kicks – A version does 7 damage per hit, with a max of 3 hits. C version does 8 damage with first hit and 6 damage with the next 3 hits
