Ryu Saeba (リュウ・サエバ, Ryū Saeba) is a character who appeared as deuteragonist in Burning Fight. His name is a direct lift from the protagonist of the City Hunter manga series, Ryo Saeba.

Story
Ryu Saeba is a Japanese martial artist with a grudge against the local Yakuza. He joins Duke Edwards and Billy King in order to fight the crime syndicate.
