Originally member 413, bumped to 287 through ethnic cleansing on the bbs, rarehero quite honestly is a oldie but a goodie. Surviving through idiocy such as the ON.com merger, NeoGeoFreak flame wars, and other crap not worth remembering, rare simply remains a faithful fan of the NEO-GEO.
