Ryu Saeba is a Japanese martial artist with a grudge against the local Yakuza. He joins [[Duke Edwards]] and [[Billy King]] in order to fight the crime syndicate.

Ryu has a great sense of justice. He is sometimes surprised at how gung-ho Duke is during fights, yet he is as wild as his other two friends when he's in action.
