The Neo Geo home cart system has the best look of all the original cartridge based units, sleek matte black finish with minimal writing distracting from the perfectly curved angles.

My personal overall favorite would have to be the CDX, minimal space while maximizing gaming capacity. If only they played SNES cartridges...

Nothing looks better than my US Turbo Duo and Neo Geo home cart systems sitting next to each other. Too bad I am out of town and not able to take a pic.

I think my favorite although not many people have actually seen one in person and it's pretty useless is the PSX. It's huge but it's so clean and elegant from certain angles.

For me its the Neo home system and probably the PCE. Though I never owned a PCE I always really like the look and was amazed at how small it was at the time.

Japanese models.

Neo Geo is beautiful.
Jap Mega Drive is a thing of beauty.
All 3 PC Engines look amazing ( Specially the 1st Core )
And the Super Famicom ( or PAL Snes ) just do the final
honorable mention.

Except for tech specs, no other gen beats this one in ANY regard.
