I think you fail to realize that the majority of people here don't buy from him (or any known bootleg seller), so we have no impact on bringing down the prices of those bootlegs or anywhere else for that matter.

You know the funniest part is he's really serious that he doesn't want anyone else to bid if he's already got a bid in on it.
It's called supply and demand, if somebody else is willing to pay more than you than tough shit. I personally don't understand why there's a demand for boots at all, but then again I don't tell people to not outbid me on the legit stuff I buy so maybe I just have some common sense.

I personally think yaton is a great seller. Yes he sells some boots, just don't buy the boots. His other stuff is very reasonably priced though, what you see is what you get.
If you don't like him you have an easy option: don't buy from him. Pissing and moaning on here is, as you can see, just going to get you laughed at. And trying to convince other buyers not to bid against you... well, I hope the inevitable huggies fit well.

You guys are so fast to assume. First of all I only own one boot cart, I purchased from a guy in the Netherland because it was a rare game. Second of all, I have all the arcade ROM sets on all my Computers including my Laptop. I have all the emulators to all my childhood systems. I DO NOT NEED ANYMORE GAME, especially bootlegged once.

I partially understand where he is coming from. If no one buys his carts, bootleg or otherwise, it will force him to drop the prices, maybe even put them all at low BIN prices. He isn't saying anything about supporting bootlegging necessarily.
Yaton has to have many of copies of every game he sells. If no one bought his $29.99 Blazing Stars he would be forced to drop them to $19.99.
A perfect example of this is "RUN4BORDER" on ebay. That guy has literally 100's of Metal Slug 2's, X's, etc. He has so many he can't get rid of them fast enough. And because of this, his BIN prices have dropped considerably in the past 6-9 months. I recently purchased a Slug 2 from him at a best offer price of $7.
I also do not think that Yaton is having the boots manufactured. None of his carts are "new" condition ever. Except his kits, and those are legit.
However, organizing such a feat and getting all of his customers on this message board is near impossible. As far as I know, quite a few neo-geo players/collectors/etc. stay away from this board all together.

Another thing worth noting is I've noticed Yaton has more than one selling account these days and is funneling different carts to different user names. So far I have found 3 different accounts of his. Some of his nicer wares (KOF 01 Korean Kit comes to mind) are listed under his one of his new names.
Unless 3 people are using the exact same template for their auctions, in canada, with the same shipping rates.
