Hi,

I'm looking to pick up a MVS full kit of Strikers 1945 plus or the !Arcade! AES release. Does anyone have either for sale?

That price seems ludicrous. I know these price guides aren't perfect, but the one listed here: http://www.neogeokult.com/aes-price-guide/, has it around $450-550. I'm not saying it isn't worth more than that, but $1700 for a conversion?

Just pointing where it is, my man. The whole AES hobby is ludicrous but we still want these games, including me. I never see the "official" Arcade AES for sale. Seriously just get the MVS unless you are a hardcore completist.

Do you know if there is any difference between running the !Arcade! version compared to the original MVS through a converter on a AES? I know it sounds insane, but I'm actually going to play this game when I get it.

I never owned the Arcade version but I'm sure there are ancient threads on this from the early 2000's. IMO the MVS is the only official release from SNK so I consider it canon over everything else.

I agree, I'm probably going to forget about the !arcade! release and just go for the MVS full kit. Anyone have one for sale?

Man, this game is not easy to get cart-only, much less full kit. Good luck with the search anyway, but if you really think that somebody here will send you a PM telling you that he/she has a full kit of S1945+ for sale, you better sit down, it might be a long wait.

If you want it now, there are 2 carts and a non-matching kit on eBay right now:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/MVS-CART-NE...565?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1a00245c15
http://www.ebay.com/itm/STRIKERS-19...449?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item43d7dfaa81
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Strikers-19...207?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3ce23a3cb7

Don't forget to check the boards if you buy on eBay.

Regards.

Damn...I've got a Strikers AES....if I could get Neo Store money for it, it's likely that bitch would be sold.

Do you have the !Arcade! version? I'm still interested in picking one up, but not for the insane price of the neostore.
