I ordered one from ebay for around $55. Its coming from China, so hopefully it will come in a reasonable amount of time.

You sure you weren't maybe looking at a PGM2, or maybe a PGM that came with say, the Killing Blade or something?

Also, AliExpress has em pretty cheap too.

I think the one I looked at was brand new, unused. I was ale to pick one up for around $55, which isnt too bad. Now I need to find a game for a reasonable price.

KOV 3 is only for the PGM 3, KOV 2 i believe is a PGM2 exclusive. Now, there's like 4 versions of KOV on PGM that have mainly new characters but it's all a Chinese oriented beat em up.

The KoV3 on PGM2 is the same game as KoV3 on PGM3. The port of KoV3 is the only game on PGM3.

The PGM3 would only sync with my bedroom TV, and none of my arcade cabinets.

The ballache of dragging a TV down 3 flights of stairs, to play a game that I can run on my cabs & guns at lower resolution, made selling the PGM3 an easy decision.

tl;dr-

One up-scaled game, does not a system make.

For anything PGM, just buy from China.
I got a version of every good game from sheep (save martial masters, gladiator, and demon front) for like $200 pre-covid.
He's super chill to deal with, I'd advise sending him a message over on those other forums
