Don't give a shit about label/cart condition as long as the contacts are good, doesn't have any breaks, and it plays.

Also looking for a MV-1B Plastic guide with the screws.

Sorry man, it seems the plastics I have are from an MV1C and from an MV1FZ. Anyway, if any of those serve you for anything, my offer stands. The shipping for those should be about $12, likely less. If you want, I can get exact prices.
