What version of Shinobi are you looking for? I have a loose 1.02 lying around. PM me if you're interested.

The immortal lol. The game is so rank difficult but beautiful old school hard adventure. My cousin and i decided one day in our adult life to sit down and hit it hard. We got really far after some patience but after we had to call it for the day we never picked it up again. I got a complete copy for nes and i need to beat it one day lol. Never tried the genesis version. Good luck with finding your games!

Wild guns and dracula X are both pricey. I'd been more than fair to pay for them. I never beat the immortal too. Was pretty hard for me back on the day.

I'm still lookin...

A friend gave me a dead Sega CD 2 a while back... he thinks it's just a fuse that's gone. I fathomed I might fix it so I could have a spare kicking around, but in all honesty I just have way too much crap in my house to worry about spares (especially of systems I hardly ever play) so I'm happy to pass it along for the $0 I paid on it. Dunno if shipping to the great white north is worth it though, and I'm not visiting your fair city as often as I used to.

But if you wanna pay shipping, PM me, I can get it boxed up and get an idea of how much it would cost.

How do you tell the difference in Shinobi's?

Play through until Rambo/bald guy shows up. You can't tell from the packaging. Maybe the PCB is different, IDK. JPN Super Shinobi is much more likely to be revision 0.

Yeah not sure, but I read this:

Version 1 was released in 1989 with copyright at the bottom of the title screen.
Version 2 was released in 1990 with a copyright screen just after the opening SEGA logo, to acknowledge Marvel for Spider-Man (boss of Round 6).
Version 3 replaced replaced Godzilla by a skeleton brontosaurus in Round 7.

Still looking for one myself
