Kids are going great man, thanks for asking. I lurk here or there but I'm generally busy, busy these days just living life and interacting more and more on Face Book with various networks of people I link up with in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi Axis, and enjoying my life (first time in 12 years) with my "Friends w. Benefits" 45 year old Cougar I landed. Her and I are working into a serious relationship that's already MORE than our status, but for the time being can't be "official" in a conventional since. It's perfect for me because I met the female version of myself who's a refined beauty and as perverted as I am. LIFE IS GOOD. Experimented with some stuff (non pharmaceutical if you know what I mean) and learned that, yeah... (I should have known) a lot of that junk ain't for me, but you only live once and I guess I needed to know of the Afghan's rolled and what a bump would do.
That said. I haven't forgot about this place or the wonderful eccentric people here that have become like one big dysfunctional family on The NGC. I keep in contact with a lot of you here or there that made the jump over to *Cheyenne Mountain: The "Other" War Room* on Face Book that Loopz founded about 2 months ago, and while not NGC, it's nice to see familiar faces on that particular [closed] Face Book group. I see you're doing pretty good for yourself too man, and sincerely hope that everyone here is doing aces do. Life is too short to spend in waiting, and at 34 I'm no longer holding back on a lot of the stuff I did while I was locked into a loveless marriage that ended after living 2 years of "separate but under the same roof" scenario. ---As for Post Divorce drama, I don't let my ex get me riled up and about the only communication I have with her now is when do I pick up my kids or drop them off and where. Beyond that, I've nothing to say to her.

AYO Bobak. I saw what you said last time in that other thread. No biggie. I just figured BY NOW, some of us "Old Tymers" might have received the tag by now, even though on an "individual" by-hand basis is all. I realize it's not automatic, just thought it might have been done in something like a few minutes time out of someone's life, since I know the markup language for it can't be rocket science.
That said brah, it's good to see you chime in. MIGHT, be around these parts a bit more, but life is just moving so fast for me these days. It's not really a big deal, prolly just needed something to post about to get a rhythm shift started for myself.

You're right, it's not REALLY a big deal. It's just a matter of principle. That part of me will never change I guess, even though I'm probably the most laid back *bombastic* dood on planet Earth these days. Partying with everyone from all walks of life and sexual orientations, drinkin' here or there, doing shit, and just living life like a boss. But at my roots, I'm still a "Man of Principle" paramilitary stray dog grunt. Thus on something like this, I'd just like to have the tag is all.

THANKS. Glad to still be amongst the living, though I almost checked out on three different occasions between August of 2011 and March 2012. But then I live one day blurring into another. Prolly be stopping by off and on here at the NGC (more than normal).
Well my take on the world is a bit different than it was in the past. I'm more "open" to people and ideologies than I once was. I roll the D20 of life and take risks I didn't in the past, and have found myself in some odd situations (some I rather enjoyed), and basically am a better, happier person than I had been. It sucks looking back at how I was for about 12 years man. The entirety of my relationship into marriage basically saw me (as I was) disappear only to reemerge stronger and idealistic in a different way. However, my high context manner of speaking (and typing) hasn't changed (obviously).

I thought you had moved from Vegas to Austin though? Where you at Chica? I haven't been up to Austin much lately (shiiiiit, I have actually missed THREE TXRG Derby games this season ---something inconceivable in the 2010 and 2011 seasons, but I'm happy with my Cougar FwB, and spending time with her is more important at this point in my life) but I WILL BE THERE Sept. 2nd 2012 for the Kavinsky shindig when he plays at Beauty's Ball Room (got my tickets already)
