Alas what constitutes reasonable doubt may be subjective and I do believe your story, but I do find it a little strange you'd ship items with non-payment if Dion was not to be trusted (unless this was before derogatory comments were made about him) but it is perfectly reasonable to do so if you had faith in someone.
I did think that some of the issues in the middle could have been due to an communication or otherwise human error but the end result with a spiteful chargeback is uncool.
It does not mean the claims everyone has against Dion/NGF are correct or reasonable on all counts though.
Given as people had the documents to hand they could have easily and clearly provided them to everyone some time ago and it would be reasonable for people to base their opinion from them, but if any new information was added that opinion could change so there really is no need to hold out for one last $7 document to do it, just edit the list later and maybe let people know it has been amended and as such their opinions may have to follow suit.
Keeping the information divided only allows poor judgement to conquer. I'm surprised this was not done several years ago and as such it seems this 'everyone knows' attitutde is nothing more than chinese whispers. In fact come to think of it, that would explain a great deal of the lynch mob bullshit.

You had admitted that you had no stake or interest in neo-geo to begin with. So what's the point?
Don't get me wrong, there are people here that haven't touched an NG game since launch day, but for the most part every member of this community has some kind of involvement or history with the system. I just can't imagine coming here, participating, and having long chats in the trollbox with absolutely no interest in SNK or NG. It's like going to an embroidery website to talk politics.
Without long winded roundabouts and Kevin Bacon connection explanations, can you in short say why you continue being involved here?

Long time scene member, & ng.com forum moderator Mouse_Master, had purchased two games from Dion being World Heroes 2 & Baseball Stars Pro to examine the quality of NGF's print jobs.
Of course one thing lead to another and Dion being the unprofessional jackass that he is held MM's games from a dispute between Dion & Billkwando and as such started ignoring him that MM was forced on Oct 11, 2000 filed a fraud complaint with the IFCC and also with the US Postal Inspectors.
Two weeks later he hadn't heard any response from NGF on the deal they made in June of that year.
It was obvious that Dion would not respond even though they had been updating their website, bidding on auctions on Ebay,
posting to their Neo Geo list, and they have been in contact with Shawn about his Strikers 1945 Plus cartridge (and also Jeff Kurtz).
Another NGF BS scandal Finally in the end, The State Attorney's Office from Maryland called Dion at his home and forced an ultimatum to send Mouse_Master his goods or face criminal charges of Internet fraud.

Definitely. It cracks me up that he tries to sound eloquent with using words like "whilst" and then follows it up with "ingerior" and "proiduced." The dude has to have a ton of words with red zigzags under them when he rushes to click submit, but just doesn't give a shit. I know I wouldn't if everybody was convinced I was stupid.

Nah man. SNK totally gave NGF the rights to print inserts and profit off them as an authorized distributor.
