The problem is there are several documents broken up into several links in several posts. I notarized the lot, but it would be a buttload easier if they were all posted together.

I don't see why anyone who still has all of the documents to hand can't just repost them now into the thread for all to see? It really isn't that difficult. If there are more documents, they can be added to the list at a later date.

Also, inkjet quality, whilst ingerior quality, when proiduced by the person with the rights to do so is the official quality, sorry.

Because it was all prior dealings with SNK Japan - and getting their correspondence was rather difficult.

From the moment the case ended, it should be known that NGF is FOREVER BANNED from selling repro inserts.

I'm aware of the claimed situation with Dion and as such if I were to have dealings with him I'd have to be careful, especially as he may have a liberal interpretation of the truth which may not live up to my expectations. As I have little to no interest in the Neo Geo other than Metal Slug which I played on MVS as a kid and now on my PlayStation Portable, it is unlikely I'll ever have a reason to trade with him though, but if I had a good experience with him, it wouldn't mean others did too.

I am sorry to hear you had a PayPal chargeback against you - I've had problems with eBayers winning my auctions, not paying and being stuck with fees but eBay didn't care about it so long as they got their cut. I've also sent money for things which never turned up or arrived damaged, but it is a problem shared by other collectors and sadly an issue which will probably never go away.

I can understand why people would be angry with them, but there has to come a point where you let go of your hate before it consumes you. I was effectively cheated out of $700 for an unreleased game last year and £900 on a service the year before. I spent the majority of my income on motorcycles only to have most of them stolen and I was third party insured only. I know how much these issues suck, but if people don't let go and move on the trouble on phesters which helps no one, which is more annoying given that I came here on a search for truth and as you say I was greeted with an angry pitchfork wielding mob because I had a mind of my own and wouldn't believe the dogmatic view being presented to me without substantial proof.

The situation at ASSEMbler at present is as such: Dion showed up there. He was never invited or requested to attend. One day he was just there. No biggie in of itself, free press and all. Then his baggage shows up ie the NG folk and as such Dion is becoming almost more trouble than he is worth. Not because of him, but because of the NG folk. Moderating the NG forum is nigh on impossible when people are ranting and raving en masse and if anything is done about it its like omg forum nazis harbouring scammers. People do not have to like Dion, but they do have to respect that unless he violates a forum rule he has just as much right to be there as the next man and if the NG folk are going to break the ruules it will be them who are kicked. I figured moving the offending posts to the unmoderated area rather than deleting them and banning everyone would have been the more politically acceptable thing to do but it seems even trying to diffiuse the situation only sets of yet another drama bomb.

I doubt I'll stick around here much, I mean I did almost impulse buy a Neo Geo CD-Z last year and I would like a Neo Geo pocket to Dreamcast link cable but this isn't really the best place to hang out. I don't have a problem with freedom of speech, vulgar language or anything like that. It's the almost retarded pack mentality that seems to come with it for many members I just couldn't stomach.

Anyhow, have fun and if Rot really does fancy a trip round my way and is up for some peri peri chicken and getting his ass whupped on some games I'm most definitely amenable to that.
