I don't understand why Dion won't accept an offer of $5000 for easily made proof nor why TonK won't pay $150 for a plane ticket, save several thousand dollars and see firsthand that Dion is full of shit.

If Dion supplied some form of proof he would receive a small amount of vindication and a large amount of money, whereas the community would receive more information an a game they are clearly interested in (although it does look shit to me so)

Neither side will accept the others offer, despite the fact both could be better off.

If the rule still existed I would have happily abided by it. Given as my signature has changed by popular demand it is a moot point now. Please bear in mind if your board member hadn't been inconsiderate in the creation and redistribution of the images, I wouldn't have had them to include in my signature in the first place.

That system has pros and cons. Obviously scamming is bad, but when evidence can be doctored or the truth concealed or even misunderstood by someone who is vindicitve such as werejag on an unrelated matter earlier, what can you do but remain vigilant?

I have nothing to prove, yet he does. Why would anyone take a flight halfway across the country, knowing damn well that the game doesn't exist in their collection?

If he posted a new video of the game, proving he had it, I'd fly out there within a week and pay him a visit. The slap me in the face thing is to make him look hard in front of a crowd - if it came down to it, and he attempted to cause me any physical harm, I'd defend myself as needed - he would lose. You can ask anyone who has met me, or knows me. I have nothing to hide.

So assuming nothing physical happened - it would be a short visit.

In the end, it's just another empty promise by the biggest failure in the Neo Geo scene, Dion Kris Dakis.
