Hi

Im building a 6 button stick for my supergun MVS/CPS and was wondering if its possible to have a toggle switch so i can switch button inputs , i like to play differet layouts for neo games , so for instance

Metal Slug :

:A::B::C: (This would be my default as i also use my supergun for CPS1/2)
:D:

Kof /Garou :

:A::C:
:B::D:

Fighters Hstory

:A::B:
:C::D:

Toggle switch is on/off/on 9 pin , Im sure its possible but its doing my head in thinking how to wire this , any help would be great

Many years ago I attempted something similar.
My solution was 7 buttons in the end.
:A::B::C::D:
K1 K2 K3

Probably not what you really want but a possible solution.

Hi , yeah I've actually had that set up before but I'd prefer to be able to switch between the 3 , if I got it working with my stick I'd also put a toggle in my Aero City. I'm sure it's possible but my brain is getting fried thinking about it lol.

Yeah, that encoder’s been around online a bit. Basically you’re wiring the buttons however many times you have configurations to be changed off of a rotary dial. Pretty sure there’s no set product for this- you’ll likely have to make your own.

Another possibility would be an Arduino. It could have a screen displaying which control scheme is currently active. It'd be pretty fun to build, not so sure it's the most practical solution though :)

Build it and about 2000 spergs would be waiting salivating ready to throw money at you.

Think I'm going to go with a 6P3T rotary switch, hopefully I can fit it in my arcade stick.

I just found this on AliExpress:
£2.13 | 6P3T 6 Pole 3 Throw 2 Decks 24Pin Band Channael Rotary Switch Selector

I like the sound of the Arduino though.
