Wierd plastic thing that came with "Party Mail"?

I got a new copy of Party Mail this weekend and it came with a wierd plastic thing that slides onto the top of the cartridge. A few of my jap games have inserts for this plastic thing in their boxes but none of them have the slide/slot on the cart, just Party Mail.

What is this plastic thing for? The only thing I can think of is that it makes the cart easier to pull out of the NGPC, but that was never a problem in the first place.

Wierdness.

Also, anyone know how to play Party Mail?

I have seen them. And i have not got a bloody clue either. Total waste of time if you ask me.

But then, that's what i think about the rings you get with Pacman and Cruch Roller. Never had a problem with the games without them! <img src="graemlins/spock.gif" border="0" alt="[Spock]" />

Are there any other strange devices that come with NGPC Games?

It's for slide the cartige into the wirless link.
I had it with a jap cfc.
In dive alert (jap version) the cartige is bigger because this plastic thing is included.
