That's Lady Stonecunt to you.

Makes sense. The ladies are running shit in Westeros right now. Cersei, Dany/Yara, the Sand Snakes, Lady Mormont. It would be fitting if Sansa killed Jon + Littlefinger and became Queenindanorf.

LOLno

That is not going to happen.

Stop thinking that Sansa is going to kill Jon. She's more likely to kill Littlefinger.

Where do people come up with this stuff?

That look Jaime gave to his sister.

I secretly desire Jaime to become Queenslayer.

Why the fuck does the line of succession go to the Queen Mother?

If Jaime killed Cersei, that would be awesome. I'd like his character even more if he did. (I'm sure he won't though)

Great question. Why does she get the throne? Why not Jaime?

Because Jamie is a Lannister and Cersei married Robert, which makes her a Baratheon.

The world believed that Cersei's children were fathered by Robert, which gave them a claim to the throne after he died.

Cersei's marriage gives her the best claim to the throne, since Robert has no remaining heirs.

Also, she eliminated everyone that could have opposed her when she set off the wildfire. So everyone else in that court is pro-Cersei so they will back her claim even if it's not legitimate. Power is in the hands of those that take it.

Jamie, being a Lannister, has no claim to the throne. He's just a soldier in an army.

No clue. Some people are weird and pull crazy ideas out of their butt in some expectation that the show is going to pull a giant, out of nowhere whammy. To be fair the show has had plenty of those, but they all ended up making sense, whereas fan theories are just bonkers and/or arbitrary. They were also generally all pretty unpredictable (HODOR).

She seemed pretty damn happy to have Jon become KINGINDANORF. I don't think Sansa is all that interested in ruling anything. She's had her fill, and its all been terrible.

She and Jon are brother and sister. A little minor distrust doesn't equate to her and Jon becoming enemies. No way that's happening in a million winters.

Anyways, great season finale, great season, and a painful 10 month wait begins anew.

There are so many TV shows everyone on the planet gets hooked on and recommends, and they're actually really corny, stinky turds that don't age well and everyone admits that they're crap 5 years later.

Based on a couple of random Youtube clips I've seen, I have a strong feeling that this is one of those shows. It looks so melodramatic and cheesy. I'm going to wait for about two years after it's ended, see if people still recommend it, and if it wasn't just fickle hype, maybe I'll watch it. There are some truly great TV shows such as Breaking Bad that live up to the hype, but they're incredibly rare (as in maybe 1 per decade rare).

I know most don't really seem to give a shit, but I think Sam Tarly on his way to becoming a Grand Maester is pretty big.

What a dumb comment. The show is here and happening now, you watch and discuss it with everyone as its happening. Who gives a fuck about it 5 years later.

May as well go watch old sports games.

Or go and watch M*A*S*H

Do you sit down to piss?

Maybe the most worthless post I've ever seen on these forums.

And I used to read Saner posts.

I can't imagine I'd ever read posts more worthless than Saner's. That day has come.

How did arya get the ability to use the faces without being a full fledged faceless?

I'm guessing she was properly trained by working in the body cleaning/prep room. She used them without permission to kill the pedophile, she also skillfully removed the face of the antagonist girl. The faceless man accepted her by telling her she was "ready"...so I took it as her training being complete. Now, the question I'd like to know is was this her plan all along? Learning to be a silent assassin then leaving the group to go finish her work.

Although it's a sub plot, Arya's line is one of the more interesting pieces of the show.

I want to know if that was the faceless man plan all along, he wasn't surprised when Aria bolted on him.

Don't even bother trying to make sense of supposedly the world's most elite assassins organization where the two top recruits bumble and make a huge scene wherever they go. I don't know why anyone would want to hire a faceless man after seeing how The Terminator chased Arya throughout Braavos.

Easily the worst subplot this whole season.

I've felt that way all along, they wasted so much time on that story.

Oh well, at least it's done and over with.

And it doesn't help that the director of the episode has directed some of the worst episodes in the show.

That part with the oranges falling down the steps, people thought it was a nod to The Godfather that someone was going to die. Director went all 'Oh really? I liked it for the colors! But your idea is better'.

Please no more episodes from that director.

Meanwhile the guy who did episodes 9 and 10 this season also did Hardhome. I'm OK with him doing every episode next season.

edit: and uhhhhh is the mountain going to rape that septa or what

Yeah, I am of the same view. It most likely was just a random timewasting bs story, but I guess there is always the possibility that with Arya doing her thing the faceless men subplot will make some sort of comeback in season 7. Jaqen is interesting since i) in reality he could be anybody (he is just using the Jaqen identity) ii) by using different faces he can add some Face/Off style confusion / twist to the story.

I agree wholeheartedly and was not saying it's going to happen. Just saying it would be fitting since ladies are running the show everywhere else. If anyone kills Jon (which is incredibly unlikely given he's already died once and thematically it wouldn't make sense), it would be Littlefinger as part of his "does this get between me and my dream picture" nonsense. Or he could die in the climactic battle with the Night's King. Like I said, all very unlikely thematically.

Watching clips doesn't give you a full view of the show and what it's about. It's really best to watch it whole to get the gist of it show.Unless you're to lazy to find out for yourself. If you don't have hbo there is hbo-go there own streaming service.Even before game of thrones aired i didn't hear any hype about it.I was, surprised on how good this fantasy theme show was when i first watched it.

Agree. But I'd also add Neil Marshall to the list. He did the Battle of Blackwater and the Watchers of the Wall episodes. Two epic battle episodes.

The guy also directed Dog Soldiers, The Descent, Centurion and Doomsday. All fucking kick ass movies!
