Becuse 98% of the DBZ fans in the US are fans of the dub, and therefore, fucking retards. Like the three 15 year old boys I saw at Wal-Mart the other day. Wearing Y2J shirts ::groan::, talking about wrestling and DBZ, and if Goku would win a match against hulk hogan or something.
I hate every single person who watches the dub and supports the show in its current for, with its current fanbase.

At least when someone like DBZ back in the day, they knew all about it. It asn't something you just found. Like all anime, you had to go looking for it. Now that it is pokemon 2, shit kids don't know shit about it.
I used to work at Sonic with a kid named Josh who thought DBZ was the shit. He actually said "DBZ is the shit". They were at the bginning of the Trunks saga. He asked me if I liked DBZ, and I told him I had been watching it since the early 90's. He didn't believe me. He tried to tell me that the trunks eps were new and had never been seen before. He would not believe me when I said that DB/DBZ was from the mid eighties to mid ninteies. I gave him my Trunks/Bardock TV special to watch. He thought I had advance copies. I had to tell him for 3 weeks what was going to happen throughout the end of the series before he believed me.
He was so dumbfuck I sold him a bare cart copy of DragonPower for 15 dollars.
