Where do I go to download TV shows, etc for the Iphone?

Where do people go to download TV shows, etc for their iphones? Besides itunes, I mean.

Bittorrent.

Though, it can be hard to find good quality rips in portable format and re-encoding stuff yourself is painfully slow unless you have the right encoding hardware.

HolyRoses does really good rips and he releases quite a bit.

I buy the DVDs and rip them in MP4.
