where can i find motm!

I have been looking for websites that sell motm and can't find any(not ebay). Do any of you guys know where i can find this(not ebay).

Basically, if the import shops (Lik-Sang, Lan-Kwei et al) can't help you, then your only real recourse is either Ebay or via the forums - post a message here saying how much you're willing to pay and see if anyone pops out of the woodwork?

Is there some reason you can't use Ebay?

i can't use ebay, because my dad doesn't trust it. He says that you can be ripped off so easily. He will only let me buy stuff from websites

Why does your dad need to be a part of this? Just take the money that you have to the bank and cash it in for a mo. order to send to the seller. Or will he not let you do that?

Which one are we talking about exactly? Both the NGPC and the Dreamcast one are entitled Match of the Millennium, if I recall correctly, the only distinction is the DC one is entitled Capcom vs. SNK, whereas the NGPC one is SNK Vs. Capcom. In any case, I do have a NM Japanese one, the cartridge was tested just to see that it would work perfectly on an NGPC. I'm willing to hand it to someone for $35, that includes the shipping cost. Plays both with English and Japanese text of course, since this was when SNK still programmed their carts for the European, US and Japanese market.

of course, i am talking about the ngpc, because this is the ngpc forum. i have a question, i went to here <a href="http://www.toysnjoys.com/neogeo2.html" target="_blank">http://www.toysnjoys.com/neogeo2.html</a> and found out that they have a motm for sale, but it is japanese. Do any of you guys know if this cartridge can be played in english?

If it's the "Best Collection" re-release it will (ask them if it is)... If it's the old JPN version I'm not sure...

That's very difficult to say. The Match of the Millennium that I have is the old (as in non Best Collection release) and it displays both Japanese and English text. Whereas the old Gals Fighters would play both Japanese and English text, the best collection one that I own does not, only Japanese. I would assume even the best collection version of Match of the Millennium will even display English text, because the managers will say 'Did you know I can also speak Japanese' or say 'Eigo mo hanaseru yo' (I also speak English!) so I doubt they'd remove the English text option. Toys N Joys shipping is about $11.00, because they are in Hawaii and only ship UPS. If you are interested in the Match of the Millennium that I have, let me know.

Actually the one on the dreamcast is called Capcom Vs. SNK: Match of the Millennium, while the one for the ngpc is called Match of the Millennium: SNK vs. Capcom
