At what point of Iori's super (Rage of maidens or something like that) in SVC: Chaos should you start with the follow up qcf qcf qcf qcf punch?

Ive pulled it off like 1 / 15 times and I cannot get the timing right.

Just wondering if any of you guys out there know when to start performing the followup, and would appreciate any feedback.
