what's the diff between svc chaos&svcplus, also can i get evil ken or ryu in svc chaos pls help is there any hidden character and how about a high score comp, we could all send in screenshots, perhaps even for a wager perhaps neogeo.com could organise it.

From what I've gathered. SVC Plus is a rom hack where the P1 has been altered to allow gameplay of every character initially except for Athena, Red Arramer, Wise Mr. Karate, and Shin Akuma.
Don't look to find any legit copies of SVC Plus.
There's a Violent Ken that's a playable character. But no "Evil Ryu."
