I ask for a cancellation and refund a month ago and haven't received either refund or communication. I haven't seen evidence of a 2nd issue either. Anybody know what's going on? After seeing the first issue printed on a cheap inkjet and spiral bound, I really don't have too much faith in further issues. He hasn't replied to my latest e-mail so I'm hoping someone here knows what's going on.
