My ideas for improvement?

Gameplay:

-heavier penalty for using GCFS (1 whole stock)
-change throw commands from AB and CD to f+C and f+D
-change AB to stationary dodge, b+AB to retreat roll, and
f+AB to forward roll
-change CD to blow away attack and mid-air blow away attack
-increase throwing range
-include small jump and high jump
-replacement of front step with run
-proper character balance (including toning down Geese and Chun-Li)
-removal of Geese's and Zero's infinites
-removal of Chun-Li's Tenshoukyaku into GCFS glitch
-decrease of enemy recovery time from Chun-Li's
command throw to about the same as Iori's Kuzukaze
-keep the gauge introduced in SvC (no extra grooves)
-keep MAX mode cancelling
-add an option for either 1-on-1 or 3-on-3 battles


Presentation:

-new opening
-new intro dialogues
-new backgrounds
-new endings
-new win quotes
-character specific theme songs

-remove Shin Akuma and Shin Mr. Karate, but keep their
regular forms

accessible through command moves, rather than as
separate characters (in order to increase roster space)
