Fatal Fury Special, this is my favorite game period. Don't listen to me though, I have a very peculiar taste that nods to the old school over everything else.

What titles have you gotten so far?

If you like Real Bout a lot I have a feeling that you'll like Real Bout Special even more. Aside from the usual suspects like KOF'98, Samsho II, Last Blade II and MOTW. I recommend some games that are not very popular but are lots of fun.

In all honesty if I were you I'd try and play the roms first and see if you like the games. The only problem with that it's that it takes away from the thrill of the first experience of a game, I think the anticipation and excitement of playing somethign new could be abolished by "demoing" the games in an EMU, but it does keep things practical.

I'm very fond of Nam '75 and Shock Troopers. Karnov's revenge is a great game, is hard as hell but and I still haven't been able to ace it, but the game keeps me going back for more. My only problem with KR is the button layout, I alwasy do the B/C switcheroo in my cab, I wish I was dexterious enough to avoid that but I can't. My favorite Character is Zazie, he has a mean game with all the dodging.

Before I forget, if you liked Karnov's you ought to try Breaker's Revenge, both games have that same feel when it comes to combos and such, but Breaker's is a bit more up to date with fighters of the time.

Note: MS3 is awsome, my favorite MSlug hands down!

im fairly new to the neo scene i got my aes last year i mostly play me some kof98 and samurai showdown 1&2, although i will pop in sengoku from time to time but i got about 14(well really 15 as i have 2 copys of samshow2) games so far

Met up with Kit tonight and played various PGM games, then popped in Neo TurfMasters. I haven't practiced in a while so I fell behind 4 holes on Match Play. Managed to catch up on the back nine but Kit had a chance to dormie on the 17th and did when I overswung, again, on an approach shot and missed my chance to birdie from just outside the fringe.

That kind of day. But the game kicks ass in 2-player mode!
