I have the stuff I need to do that mod, haven't gotten around to it yet.
Is it as easy as it looks, and it looks pretty damn easy.
It's easy, you have to remove the original SNK PCB and look at how the button contacts are soldered, then take some wires and solder them and with one wire make a bridge between two buttons until you get to four, since two buttons are used for strong hits in fighting games.

Got the new 8bitdo Xbox stick. Swapped out stock parts with Semitsu snap on buttons, JLF-TP stick, Semitsu bubble top, Semitsu Shaft/Washer combo. The factory parts were not terrible in any way but now it feels right.

I’m going to mod my switch one as soon as work slows down and I have time for projects like this, but I really like mine for the pocket and the switch, I just wish there was some more room on the lever side for your hand.

Just finished modding one of those wireless Power A Arcade Sticks with a rubber balltop, semitsu buttons, and an AES Stick design. Somehow the original artwork ripped inside and I was nervous taking the plexi off to see if it was the artwork or the plastic.

Nice.
They only made those for switch right?

Yes but I’m going to mess with the Brook/mayflash adapters I have

It works with the analogue pocket in dock mode wirelessly (it does have a wired connection too) so between that and the switch I’m happy with just that

The new brook wingman adapter might be worth a look come next month.
I'm really thinking about getting one.
New brook adapter

More seriously, I mainly use this stick modded in DB15 (full Sanwa):

I would have preferred another illustration :sneaky: but I paid cheap for it, in a store near my house and it is comfortable to play.

Hayabusa lever is god tier.
That's what I had on my main stick natively, then I put Seimitsu to test and finally Sanwa. There's no comparison for me but it's maybe a question of habit. Cabs on which I usually play are in Sanwa.

I am picky with sticks and have gone through too many looking for the right one but stopped after finding this. The builder doesn't do a 2p8 or noir layout, but don't mind the layout. Very heavy compared to a Jasenscustoms or allfightsticks build. Probably going to go for the green or red seimitsu pearls.

On MiSTer I use this one (always DB15 modded and all Sanwa):

And sometimes this one on my supergun (in Seimitsu):

New PC arcade stick received today (also bought second hand). I might use it on MiSTer too if the input lag is correct.

First impressions are pretty good, even very good. The only stupid thing is that the USB-C port isn't standard, the connector is slightly longer. Apart from the cable provided, none of the other three tested plug into the stick properly.
