I recently got my Neogeo and MS3. Everything has been awesome except for one thing. Check out the pic below. Notice the distortion on the top of the screen? This happens semi randomly, but in the same place every time on the 1st and 4th levels. Any Ideas? The tv is a 27" RCA that is about 10 years old.

I've seen this type of distortion
before and I think that it is your TV
(although it dosen't explane it only
happening on stages 1 & 4)

One of the TVs I have is a 27" proscan
which is made by RCA. It has been repaired
twice now for this particular problem.
It is also broken at the moment, I've given
up on it.

If you check a Consumer Reports mag and
check the repair history for RCA TVs
you will see that they are very bad.

I'm just suprised it has not happened until
now.

Try it on another TV just to be sure though
but I'm pretty sure its the TV.

Good luck!

Yeah, it's the tv. I tried it with our 13" wega and everything was fine. Thanks for your input. I think I'm gonna pick up a 27" Panasonic Tau at Best Buy today for $475-$50(rebate)=$425

Sounds good, JVC also makes a bitchin' TV
with every option/connection you can
dream of.

I wont try to change your mind though.

BTW, is that Panasonic a flat screen?

I just bought a 20 inch JVC flatscreen for my business, and it shows all my games in super detail.

EDIT: I just wanted to add that I have seen this before in DAEWOO TVs. It is your TV, not the game.
