I've been playing:

Neo CD
Samsho 3

Xbox
OutRun2

PS2
Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary Arcade Collection

borrowed it from a friend for a test-run. Well, the DVD contains a selection of Namco arcade games which already were part of the PSX Namco Museum series, with a few changes here and there. This sounds nice at first if you always wanted to have them all on one disc, but since the new PS2 collection has neither Tate mode nor digital stick support, you're limited to play scaled-down versions with the analogue stick. Presentation is weak with jerky scrolling in the game select menu, there also is way less game background info than before.

In short, if you already have some of the original Namco Museum discs for PSX, spare yourself the bucks for this one.... next week I'll give namCollection (Ridge Racer and other PSX ports) a try, hope that it's not as half-assed as the 50th Anniversary release...

PS2

Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation Vs. Zeon
Hard Hitter Tennis
King of Fighters: 2003
Capcom Vs SNK 2

That's it. I've been playing mostly Gundam once I started the Federation campaign. I finally picked up a Slim PS2 yesterday so I could finally play CD-Roms again and being Tennis crazy right now I've been play Hard Hitter Tennis alot. Even though I really hate it.

Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth

A tolkien and RTS fan's dream come true. Havent been playing this as much as i would like too (work + school makes lagduf a tired boy). But this stuff is seriously great. Moving the eye of Sauron over my troops and having my Uruk pikemen decimate the calvary of Rohan never gets old. No one can stand in the way of Saurons dominion!

/Tolkien rant

Who's your character of choice? I need someone's ear to pull besides STKs when I need advice at FF3.
